Participation in the auction implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be consulted at the Kruso Art headquarters, or available on the website (www.krusoart.com), or in the auction catalogs.<\/p>\n

Pre-auction Exhibition and Condition Reports<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Each auction is preceded by a public exhibition, with hours communicated in the auction-related informational material: catalog, website, and newsletter, as well as by calling the headquarters (Tel. +39 02 872 15 920).
The purpose of the exhibition is to allow evaluation of the works of interest, as well as their actual state of preservation. Additionally, for works of interest, a Condition Report can be requested. It should be noted that Condition Reports reflect only the opinions of Kruso Art and are issued only for lots with a minimum estimate exceeding \u20ac500. <\/p>\n

Participation in the Auction<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Participation in the auction can occur through direct presence in the room, or via telephone or written bids, or by registering on the proprietary web platform of the auction house’s website and on authorized third-party platforms. All new clients are required to send a copy of their identity document, the due diligence form, and to accept the terms of sale. <\/p>\n

Pre-auction Bids<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the days leading up to the auction, collectors who cannot attend the sale in person can submit their written bids via email, WhatsApp, or by delivering them to the auction house office, using the specific written bid form available at the company’s headquarters, in the catalog, or downloadable from the website. Kruso Art will bid on behalf of the client and counter any other competitors up to the maximum price indicated on the form. <\/p>\n

In-person Auction Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Participation in the auction will be authorized exclusively to those equipped with a registered paddle, assigned following the completion of the specific form. Registering the paddle will involve completing a form in which, in addition to personal data, acceptance of the commercial terms will also be required. <\/p>\n

Telephone Bids<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Following a telephone appointment requested by the client in the days preceding the auction, they will be contacted by a staff member well in advance of the time when the lots of their interest will be auctioned. The staff member will follow the client’s instructions regarding subsequent bids. The client consents to the calls being fully recorded if necessary. <\/p>\n

Web Bids<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For this mode of participation, registration is also required, which will be accepted up to 24 hours before the start of the auction.
The registration procedure is the same as for participants in the room.
Once registered on krusoart.com and on authorized third-party platforms, the client can follow the progress of the sale just like those participating in the room: all platforms will be updated in real-time, and the client will participate directly by placing their bids from their remote location. In the room, platform staff will report the bids received to the auctioneer and the room. Bids are considered final and cannot, for any reason, be canceled. <\/p>\n
