Payment for lots must be made in euros within 5 days following the close of the auction, using one of the following methods:

  • Cash, within the legal limits in force at the time of payment, at the auction house’s premises
  • Non-transferable cashier’s check or bank check, subject to prior agreement with the Administrative Department, made payable to: Art-Rite Srl. In this case, the lot cannot be delivered at the same time as payment.
  • Debit or Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard (American Express is not accepted)
  • Stripe

Collection of Lots and Storage Fees

The delivery of the lot to the Buyer (or to a person duly authorized by the latter) will take place at the Buyer’s expense, no later than 30 days from the date the auction concludes.
After this period, Kruso Art shall have the right to charge the Buyer for the storage and warehousing costs of the lot, which will be calculated on a weekly basis starting from the thirty-first day at a cost of €25.00, without prejudice to the Buyer’s obligation to arrange for prompt collection.
